At GRRR, we stand behind every order with a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply contact us within 30 days of confirmed delivery and we will help make it right, including issuing a refund where applicable.
How to Start a Return or Refund
Email support@grrrpets.com within 30 days of delivery and include your full name, order number (or confirmation email), the reason for your request, and photos if the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Please do not mail products back before your request is approved — our team will send you return instructions.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for review and 5–10 business days for your bank to process the refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Subscription Orders
Subscribe & Save orders are also covered by this guarantee and are governed by our Subscription Policy.
Your Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that may apply in your country, state, province, or region. Customers in the European Union may cancel eligible orders within 14 days of delivery under applicable consumer laws.
