By using grrrpets.com, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a legal guardian.

Products & Pricing

Prices may change without notice.

We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee product descriptions or imagery are error free.

Orders

We may refuse or cancel orders for fraud, inventory issues, or pricing errors.

Acceptance occurs when your order ships.

Subscription & Auto-Renewal Terms

Some products may be available through a Subscribe & Save option. If you select Subscribe & Save, you agree to recurring billing according to the subscription schedule shown at checkout.

Subscribe & Save orders include a 15% discount and require a minimum commitment of two successful subscription payments: the initial order and one recurring renewal order.

After the second successful subscription payment, you may request cancellation by emailing support@grrrpets.com at least 48 hours before your next scheduled billing date.

By completing a Subscribe & Save purchase, you authorize GRRR to charge your payment method for recurring subscription orders until the subscription is cancelled according to our Subscription Policy.

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return Policy.

Intellectual Property

All GRRR branding, logos, packaging, text, and site content are property of GRRR and may not be copied without permission.

Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the site unlawfully
  • Interfere with site security
  • Scrape or automate access
  • Submit false or fraudulent information

Disclaimer

Our products are intended for pets and are not a substitute for professional veterinary care.

Always supervise your pet when introducing a new product, and discontinue use if any signs of discomfort appear.

Consult a veterinarian before use if your pet is pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or managing a medical condition.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, GRRR shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
